Crystal Axe from Hawkeye Iowa was and still is a mainstay in northeast Iowa and the Oelwein area. A great band that has been performing throughout the Midwest for many years. They’ve had two original songs make it to the radio and have quite a fan base.The leader and founder of the band is Harley Sunnes. He is the lead guitar player and has also written most of the bands original songs.
